We offer free shipping to any destination in the contiguous United States (48 states) for orders over $100.

Shipping:
Orders are typically shipped within 2-3 business days. If there are any problems with payment or if the item is out of stock, we will contact you immediately. Use the chart below to determine when your order should ship. We will attempt to ship orders on the same day, depending on the time that the order is placed. Orders placed on Friday may not be shipped until Tuesday since our next business day that UPS ships is Tuesday. Feel free to give us a call if you have any questions regarding when your order will ship.

Exchanges:
Our attitude towards exchanges is “No Problem!” Contact Customer Service in the event that you have received damaged products, are missing products, or have received the incorrect product. We will make every effort to correct any errors on our part.

Returns:
Returns will only be accepted if pre-authorized within 30 days from ship date. Refunds can only be credited to the credit card used for original purchase (please allow for up to 2 weeks for processing) and only on those products in new, "resellable" condition.
